This 15-week online support group is for women diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer who are currently receiving treatment. In this group led by an oncology social worker, patients give support to each other and share resources and information.
To join this group, you will need to complete our online registration process. After joining this password-protected group, you can read and post messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dr. Mindy Greenstein is a cancer psychologist and consultant to the psychiatry department at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center , and a two-time breast cancer patient. She will explore the balancing act of coping with cancer, based on personal and professional experience.

This special two-part webinar offering tips on writing your story will include an assignment for the second session to get you started. Presenter Abigail Thomas is the author of A Three Dog Life and Safekeeping, among other books. She teaches writing workshops and leads the Memoir Group at Kingston 's Oncology Support Program of the HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley. All affected by breast or ovarian cancer (including caregivers) are welcome. SHARE in collaboration with the Metastatic Breast Cancer Network (MBCN).
